How Long Will My Order Take?

Every order is prepared with care. Some products are ready to ship immediately, while others—especially premium Highland wear or larger sets—may require a short preparation period. Below is a clear guide to help you plan ahead:

• Rush Orders (7–10 working days):
  Perfect for last-minute events, weddings, costume needs, and urgent gift purchases. We prioritize these orders so they move through dispatch and courier channels as quickly as possible.
• Standard Orders (10–14 working days):
  The most common option. Your items are processed, checked, packed, and shipped with a comfortable timeframe to ensure accuracy and quality.

Stock Availability & Special Requests

While most popular kilts and accessories are kept in stock, certain tartans, sizes, and jackets may require restocking or preparation time. If an item isn’t immediately available, our team will reach out within 24 hours to provide a revised delivery estimate or recommend suitable alternatives.

Delivery Within the UK

UK orders are shipped through reliable courier services such as Royal Mail, Yodel, DPD, or Evri (depending on order type). Typical delivery times:
