Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Our Returns Policy

At Kilts Outfit UK, we want every customer to feel confident, comfortable, and proud wearing our Highland wear. If something isn’t quite right when your order arrives, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (including inner and outer packaging).
  • Custom-made, tailored, or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • All accessories, components, instructions, and packaging must be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, deodorant, fragrance, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return or Exchange Items

  1. Email us at support@kiltsoutfit.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Our team will provide a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
  3. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and include:
    • Your name
    • Order number
    • The RAN provided
  4. Ship the parcel to the address provided by customer support. For your protection, always use a tracked service.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will inspect it within 2 working days. After approval, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Refunds typically appear in your bank account within 1–2 working days after processing.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, we are happy to assist. Exchanges follow the same process as returns — simply notify our support team and we’ll reserve the replacement item for you (subject to availability).

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at support@kiltsoutfit.co.uk.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Once the faulty item is received and assessed, we will process a replacement or refund within 48 hours.

Important Notes

  • Please double-check measurements before ordering. Kilts Outfit UK cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.
  • Returns that arrive damaged due to poor packaging cannot be accepted — please pack carefully.
